Yes, absolutely! The synchronization is done in real-time Depending on the amount of changes in a specific sequence it could be up to a 10 minutes delay.
Sello scans your connected marketplace channels every 10 minutes and creates the new orders in your system without any delay.
The updates between your systems and your marketplace channel is done in real-time, if there are lots of article changes in a specific sequence there might be a delay of up to 10 minutes.
The Sello platform is built to manage any of the time-crucial parts of managing a marketplace channel such as, creating and updating articles (PIM + stock & price), order management, new orders, cancellations, fulfillment and refunds. Please read more about Sello’s features here.
Yes! The Sello platform supports multiple user accounts with different roles, there are possibilities to create custom roles if needed. Another feature is the ability to link multiple Sello accounts into one, allowing different users to toggle between accounts without logging in and out.
Yes, definitely. The Sello platform is built for modularity, so you can combine connectors based on your e-commerce setup. This could be as simple as linking one Shopify store, but Sello also supports more complex setups—like connecting multiple storefronts (e.g., Shopify) to distribute orders across stores or integrating Shopify with a WMS system (e.g., Ongoing WMS) to import product data while managing orders directly in the WMS.
Our platform has full support to connect both marketplace fulfillment services like (ZFS & FBA). But we are also set up to work with other WMS applications or 3PL’s. There are also possibilities to connect other platforms & services or custom WMS platforms using Sello’s built in system called OrderConnect where it can be connected to any EDI or API based platform with order management built in as standard.
When product data is imported into our platform via your connector, it may lack mandatory information required by the marketplace channel. The Sello platform includes a powerful built-in PIM system that can enrich your product data before export. You can use the PIM user interface, add another connector to supply additional source data for your products, or make bulk changes using Excel files.
Payment reconciliation on marketplaces is usually done from a month to month basis. Sello has built in support for the marketplace channels to import the marketplace payment statements on orders. The payments are stored in the Sello platform and has full automation to match payment reconciliations to eg. Fortnox.
Yes, you definitely can. You can create rules for product listings using the powerful mapping system called SIFT. This can also be combined with the Sello platform's PIM interface—apply filters to your mapped data, and work manually at the product level if needed. You have full control over which products are displayed on each marketplace and at what price.
All connectors that manage orders (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Centra, Ongoing WMS) fully support dispatching tracking information to the marketplace upon order fulfillment. If tracking information for shipments or return shipments is stored in your system, Sello can automatically receive and report this information back to your marketplace channel.
Yes, Sello generates the delivery documents needed to fulfill orders. Some marketplaces, like Zalando and ASOS, require specific documents in each package. Sello automatically generates these and can even dispatch them to your systems for seamless integration into your order management pipeline.
