My Tradera connection is not working
Tradera will change your API token from time to time due to security reasons. Changing your email or password will also trigger a change of API token. There is no system in place to notify Sello when or if this happens, so if you get an error message saying that your Tradera connection is broken, this is the reason why.
To re-establish the connection to Sello, do the following:
- Log out of Sello.
- Go to: https://webapi.tradera.com/auth/member/login?ClientId=Sello
- Log in with your Tradera Credentials.
You will be logged into Sello and your connection should be restored, if not, contact us at Sello support.
