Activate connection to marketplaces

In this help page, we will show you how to enable a connection in Sello.

If you see a message in Sello telling you that you have a disabled integration it means one of two things:

You have temporary connections on your account

If you already chose what marketplaces you would like to sell on when you registered your account on Sello a connection will be present when you log in.
This connection is not active however, it will need to be completed by following a set of steps in order for it to work properly.

Normally, when you create new connections in Sello you will need to choose it under marketplaces and specify that you would like to create a new connection, in this case, this has already been taken care of and the connection is visible in the inventory view.

We want our customers to be as ready as possible before putting products up for sale on marketplaces, having the connection made locally makes it possible for you to get your products ready by setting a price and giving it a category, for example, all before finishing the connection.

You have deactivated an already completed connection

If this was intentional and you don’t want to keep the integration, contact us and we will remove it for you.

If this was unintentional, reactivate the connection by pressing the “Enable” button in the settings page. For example: Settings->Fruugo

To find out which integration the message is regarding, check each integration in the settings page, if the integration is not active it will be indicated by the toggle-button to the right of the name of the marketplace.

To enable a connection, you need to press the “Enable” button to the right of the marketplace name.

You then have to go through a couple of steps to complete the connection, in most cases, you need to find your API credentials and paste them in their corresponding fields in Sello. Sometimes the only thing you need to do is to log into the marketplace, this is the case with Tradera and Wish for example.

Below you will find a list with help pages telling you how to connect to a marketplace.
